Withdrawal information

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Footballec Europe s.r.o., nám. T. G. Masaryka 1281, 760 01 Zlín, Czech Republic, phone: +420 737337705, email: info@footballec.style) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example by letter or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

For this reimbursement, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed in an individual case.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to examine their condition, properties and functioning.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.

This may particularly apply to genuine custom editions, club editions, company editions or other products with individual customer specifications. Whether such an exclusion applies in a specific case depends on the actual type of personalisation and the respective order.
